  Artic Construction Inc is Minority Owned Small Business. Our crew brings years of experience to bear in Government, Commercial building, and high-end renovations and Restorations. Our projects mainly organized with one of the leaders, a primary project manager, a working supervisor, or foreman is on the job from beginning to end and is responsible for the presentation of the project completion.

  We have worked with loyal General Contractors for years, this because our relationships are built on trust and performance. ACI’s staff is a dedicated, honest, and experienced group, that recognizes the importance of the mission. Each one of them is chosen based on their ability and level of craftsmanship as well as their qualities and values, continually looking for new challenges and opportunities. Our staff also has a background of working with Federal Contracts, while having worked with General Contractors in many Military Institutions, State, and Federal government agencies. Our pride and personal contribution to the labor we accomplish result in higher quality and service.

  Fernando Torres “Abel,” owner of Artic Construction, Inc has over five years ownership and more than 20+ years in the construction field and industry experience, his unique and talented ideas in the interior and exterior renovations as well in interior restorations, framing,  drywall, flooring, Concrete Services, Underground Utilities Excavation, Emergency Services and more. This attitude is also directly reflected in our employees’ level of accountability, professionalism, and competency.
